European Heritage Days 2023

On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, which were held on 23 and 24 September 2023, we carried out two intense activities:

September 23 - What is culture for?

Archaeological Museum of the Phlegraean Fields

What is the point of asking what culture is for? To improve the relationship with heritage, through a series of key questions that give rise to dialogues and debates, we thus try to question our certainties about culture and museums.

Each question can be answered using an interchangeable notebook, an answer for each color, which can then be exchanged with the answers of other participants to further broaden the debate.

24 September - Let's play at the museum

Gaetano Filangieri Civic Museum

Transforming the museum space into a meeting place, where mediation and the relationship with heritage takes place through play, or rather, games.

Playing here becomes a pretext for creating relationships not only with the heritage but also between the participants, who thus see themselves involved not in an out-of-the-ordinary enjoyment but in the creation of common space and shared reflection.
